This is a general reflection of what can be determined to see the amount of time that has transpired since creation until now. I think you will find this interesting and see how so many lived at the same time according to the time lines given in the bible that we never talk about or see in movies.

After the flood; Noah, Shem, Arphaxad, Salah, Eber, Peleg, Reu, Serug, Nahor, Terah, and even Abraham, were all alive at the same time. Notice that Noah died 59 years after Abraham was born. How ironic is it that the bible doesn't mention it to us like this, but through simple math we can see it.
Abraham's mission didn't start until he was 75, which means Noah likely told Abraham many things. Abraham was not the first to learn about God's plan to save mankind, Noah and his sons were, but probably didn't know how it would come about.
All the time lines shown in the chart above can be found in the book of Genesis. From there, if you place them in a spread sheet you can see the time overlaps on who lived when.
There were six days of creation and a day of rest. This makes 7,000 years or there about. The next 7,000 years began after the flood with Noah
and will end long after the millennium and even after the battle of Gog and Magog found in Revelation, as the Day of Judgment is even after that.
While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease. Gen 8:22 |
